1. Open a new canvas 150X100. Choose a strong font, I'm using Thickhead, colour not important, 2D, size...large enough to fill canvas width but leaving some room at the top.

2. Keeping your text active, open the EasyPalette/Galleries/Image Enhancements/Animation/Type/Fire2
Right click on Fire2 and choose Modify Properties and Apply.
3. This next screen is where you can change colour and size of flames to suit your own tastes.
We'll take a closer look at how in the next steps.
4. This screen shot shows you the settings for the 9th frame (out of 10)

To show your first frame, click on the first diamond in row "2".
To view each individual frame, click on the back/forward arrows in row "1".
The diamond above "4" allows you to preview your animation....square above "5" will stop it.
Circle above "3" allows a continous viewing.

The colours and size of flame (strength) can be changed for each frame.
To change the colour right click in colour box, choose Corel Color Picker and choose whatever colour you'd like.
Experiment with different colours and strength of flames, once you are satisfied with your animation, click on Save...

5. If you thought your animation was a little fast, this final screen is where you can slow it down.
Increase the number in Frame Delay to 20 or 30.
Change the number 256 in Colors to 150.
Leave all other settings as they are.
Navigate to where you want to save your animation, give it a File Name and click on Save.

Here are a few more examples completed by some of our mentors.

1. Open a new canvas 150X100.
Choose an object, from your EP or stamp gallery.
Next choose a font you like, experiment with colour and size and type your name.
Deselect all objects.
Edit/Fill/Color/right click in the color box and choose a colour to compliment your image and font.

2. Click on your object, right click/select all objects.
Click on crop tool, then click on crop image.

3. Adjust/Expand Canvas
Ensure there is a check in expand sides equally, then where it says Top put 3.
Right click in the colour box and choose a complimentary colour, then click OK.
Right click/Merge all.

4. Open the EP/Galleries/Animation/All.
Right click on Ripple, choose Modify Properties and Apply.
Scroll, through the different 'ripples' choosing the one I have outlined in blue.
Change the settings to match those in the image to right.

You can see the preview of your tag to the left of settings. Click on the cross-bar and you can move the ripples around to enhance your animation.
To preview, in the bottom right of the box you will see "key frame control"

Click on the circle above #1, this will loop the animation
The arrow above #2 will start the animation, the box above #3 will stop the animation.
If you want to change the appearance in any way, follow the steps above. Feel free to experiment with the settings to come up with your own.
Once you are happy with the way your animation looks, click on Save.

5. Navigate to where you want to save your sig-tag on your hard drive.
Give your tag a file name.
Click on Save....and you're done.
